Warranty
1. Warranty Period:
The products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and artistry for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
2. Coverage:
During the warranty period, Best Globe Product will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge. The warranty covers parts and labor only. The warranty does not cover transportation costs or a product subjected to misuse, accidental damage, or modification.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- A detailed description of the issue encountered
- Instructions for shipping the defective product back to Direct Ship Hub (or its designated service center) will be provided after the initial assessment.
4. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications
- Damage from improper installation or operation
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Damage resulting from natural disasters (e.g., floods, fires)
5. Limitation of Liability:
Best Globe Product’s liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product. In no event shall Best Globe Product be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or service of the product. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use damages, even if Best Globe Product has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Transferability:
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred.
7. State Laws:
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
